Operating and maintaining bioresources assets at Anaerobic digestion sites
Ensuring the process is continually optimized to drive performance against our performance matrix
Treating sludge stocks produced from the Waste Water Recycling process onsite and from satellite treatment works
Producing biogas, which is converted into energy or cleaned up and injected into the gas grid
Recycling our biosolids quality back to agricultural land
Ensure treatment process complies with regulatory requirements
Seek opportunities to fine-tune and optimize the process for greater efficiency and renewable energy performance

Experience working with processes and a good knowledge and understanding of process systems
Proficient in using IT systems
Solid understanding of automation, hydraulics, and mechanics
Experience in dealing with household customers and a real understanding of their needs
Experience in delivering and improving customer service levels
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions
