Provide customer service and support to clients for cryptocurrency buy and sell operations.
Guide customers on using the digital platform and answer questions during transactions.
Perform account verification and KYC validation in accordance with internal procedures.
Monitor and oversee OTC operations, ensuring speed and accuracy in execution.
Log requests, track outstanding issues, and keep internal systems up to date.
Work closely with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure process compliance.
Ensure the confidentiality of information and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field.
Availability to work rotating shifts, with alternating schedules and days off.
Willingness to transition from a remote model to hybrid or on-site work in the future, as required by the company.
Interest in the financial market, cryptocurrencies, technology, and innovation.
Comfortable with digital tools and basic IT (Google Workspace experience is a plus).
Customer service experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, trading, Compliance, or KYC is a plus.
Organized, analytical, and responsible profile with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn and perform in a dynamic environment.
