Prepare and review the monthly and annual calculation of direct taxes, including IRPJ (Corporate Income Tax) and CSLL (Social Contribution on Net Profit), under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes.
Lead the preparation and validation of tax filings related to direct taxes, such as ECF, ECD and other applicable declarations.
Perform tax reconciliations, ensuring consistency between tax calculations, the financial statements and statutory filings.
Calculate, monitor and analyze deferred taxes (DTA/DTL), including evaluation of temporary differences and supporting technical documentation.
Support audits and tax inspections by preparing technical analyses and responses to inquiries.
Assess the impact of changes in tax legislation, proposing action plans and adjustments to internal processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis).
Solid experience in tax, with a focus on direct taxes (IRPJ and CSLL, current and deferred).
Deep knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation applicable to direct taxes.
Experience with statutory filings, especially ECF and ECD.
Experience with tax reconciliations and accounting integration.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in tax planning and scenario analysis.
The following are a plus:
Knowledge of IFRS/IAS 12 (Income Taxes);
Experience with systems such as Protheus, SAP or specialized tax solutions.
