Support Commercial Managers on WhatsApp channels (WPP) and other areas of activity.
Schedule, organize and reinforce schedules with CORBANs and CEs, ensuring alignment and fulfillment of commitments.
Act as an operational bridge between CORBANs, CEs and other areas of the Bank (Products, Operations, Credit, BI, Legal, IT, etc.).
Organize, distribute and monitor client-base performance for monetization across all channels.
Be responsible for onboarding/credentialing new partners (CORBANs and CEs), managing the operational flow, documentation, internal interfaces and follow-up until activation.
