assists with product communications, digital content updates, promotional material development, and administrative coordination
helps maintain product catalogue content and support updates with cross-functional teams
supports updates and maintenance of digital platforms
assists with uploading and organizing marketing assets in digital repositories
supports development and updates of marketing materials including email templates, detail aids, and sales tools
drafts internal and external communications for review
assists in routing materials for review and approval

Currently enrolled in a University program (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Previous internship, co-op, or academic project experience in marketing or business is an asset
