About this role
Role Overview
Manage a dedicated, fixed customer base
Plan and manage call-offs and framework orders, ensuring delivery dates are met
Maintain pricing in the ERP system
Serve as a liaison for claims/complaints management
Process credit notes
Contribute to customer-specific projects
Perform order entry
Prepare inventory lists, framework lists and delivery overviews
Follow up on overdue receivables
Monitor and analyze aged/obsolete stock
Conduct customer visits in collaboration with the sales team
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in common MS Office applications
Willingness to travel
Customer-oriented with professional communication skills
