Lead GIS (SIG) projects in multi-stakeholder environments (business units, IT, partners)
Structure, plan and track the different phases of projects
Facilitate governance bodies and ensure reporting
Coordinate delivery teams and secure commitments
Monitor the operational deployment of solutions
Support functional evolutions in collaboration with business users
Ensure the quality of deliverables and services provided
Serve as the primary interface with clients
Provide a structuring vision for GIS usage
Identify areas for improvement and evolution

Master's degree (Bac +5) in geomatics, data, information systems or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in GIS project management or territorial data projects
Awareness of cloud migration and architecture modernization challenges
Good understanding of GIS use cases and associated business issues
Ability to translate business needs into operational solutions
Holistic view of value chains around geographic data
Familiarity with major GIS ecosystems on the market, notably: ESRI (ArcGIS Platform)
