About this role

Lead within the Canadian Strategic Advisory practice to work with a range of clients across industries
Co-design and support business transformations
Direct organization change and people advisory to effectively drive transformations
Focus on development of capability while contributing to the strategic direction of People & Change team
Engage in business development activities

Significant experience gained in Organization Transformation and Change Management (10+ years)
Experience with delivering organization design and operating model transformation initiatives in alignment with ERP and/or AI-driven technology transformations
Experience defining, designing, developing and deploying organization change workstreams for complex multi-function Technology transformations
Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters or equivalent Professional qualifications preferred
Affinity across a range of technologies (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Workday, AMI, Cloud, Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Data Integration etc.) is desirable
Experience in consultative sales processes
