Help clients solve workforce challenges through capability development, organisational change, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled workforce analytics
Design and deliver learning, adoption, and engagement initiatives that build capabilities needed for sustainable change and measurable business outcomes
Develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supporting resources
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop, digital, and blended learning programs
Develop capability-building programs that maximise adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learner engagement and business outcomes
Work with clients to provide trusted learning advice and deliver practical solutions
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to promote continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline
Consulting skills including problem-solving, facilitation, and data literacy
Workforce/HR and change or transformation experience
Experience developing training materials using MS PowerPoint, SAP EnableNow, and Learning Management Systems
Knowledge of change management principles and project management approaches
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Well organised, detail focused, resilient, and relationship oriented
Demonstrated success delivering training programs for audiences of 100+
Experience leading remote teams is highly regarded
