Project Manager – India OEM Programs, 4-8 Years

Role Overview

• Planning and execution of product development projects within the automotive domain.
• Ensure all projects are aligned with overall business goals, customer expectations, and organizational strategy.
• Review and approve documentation throughout project initiation, development, integration, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze project-related financial data to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Indian OEMs.
• Ensure strong alignment between customer needs and internal project execution.
• Review and update existing project management processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing complex automotive product development projects
• Strong stakeholder management & customer engagement skills
• Good understanding of P&L concepts, budgeting, cost control, and forecast accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field; postgraduate qualification in management studies is an added advantage.
• Prior experience working with Indian OEMs, preferably on safety-critical automotive systems.
