TD SYNNEX is investing in the future of intelligent automation and is looking for a leader to help build it. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of AI, robotics, and automation solutions in real-world environments, partnering across engineering, operations, and business teams to bring innovative technologies to life.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, robotics, and automation initiatives with significant operational and financial impact (typically $2M+)
- Lead a portfolio of concurrent projects within the Emerging Technologies program, managing cross-project dependencies, shared resources, and sequencing decisions
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term strategic objectives
- Drive implementation of physical automation solutions (robotics, intelligent systems, and AI-driven processes) into live environments
- Build and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budgets
- Partner with engineering, IT, and operations teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and successfully adopted
- Act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Lead program-level governance, including executive updates, steering committees, integrated reporting across workstreams, and benefits realization tracking
- Manage interdependencies between projects, vendors, and operational teams, resolving conflicts in scope, timing, or resourcing
- Combine strong business acumen with technical curiosity, ensuring AI and automation initiatives are aligned to business strategies and deliver meaningful impact
Requirements:
- PMP Certification in good standing; PgMP or demonstrated program management experience strongly preferred
- 5 years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing concurrent projects or program-level scope
- Demonstrated experience applying PMI/PMBOK frameworks in practice, including integration management, stakeholder analysis, risk registers, and earned value or equivalent performance measurement
- Experience managing initiatives with executive visibility and formal steering committee governance
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, operations, or similar)
- Experience supporting automation, robotics, or AI-driven initiatives
- Exposure to large-scale operational or transformation projects
- Lean or Six Sigma experience
