Role Overview
- Lead the development and delivery of roadmap presentations
- Build and maintain AI-native workflows using Claude Code
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and analytics shape product direction
- Lead cross-functional projects, providing program management for product initiatives
- Own the end-to-end process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer feedback
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function
- Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives
- Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows
- Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools
- Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Deep empathy for global teams and customers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-directed with strong judgment
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Entrepreneurial nature, passionate about continuous improvement
