Requirements
- 5 + years of experience in security architecture or related fields
- At least 2+ years in a people management role
- Delivery focused mindset in a hyper growth environment
- Comfort navigating tradeoffs between ideal security and practicality
- Solid technical foundation across security domains: identity and access management, infrastructure security, product security
- Hands-on development experience across multiple programming languages
