Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing.
B2B SaaS or Web3/blockchain infrastructure experience required. Familiarity with APAC crypto ecosystems, developer communities, and regional conference circuits strongly preferred.
Hands-on digital execution experience: SEO, paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, and analytics/reporting.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills; comfortable being “boots on the ground” at events and building community relationships.
Experience managing regional/channel-specific marketing programs and adapting messaging for local audiences.
Familiarity with APAC channels and platforms (e.g., Naver/Kakao in Korea, developer publishing communities in Japan, regional crypto/dev communities like Coin98/Telegram).
Fluency in English required. Proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a strong advantage — or demonstrated experience localizing marketing programs for Northeast Asian markets.
Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without authority, and run structured experiments with clear measurement.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and high ownership in a fast-moving environment.
