Responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise Master Data Management solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions for Commercial domains (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Product, Territory, Customer hierarchies).
Define golden record strategy, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data stewardship workflows.
Establish MDM reference architecture aligned to enterprise data strategy and regulatory requirements.
Configure and manage Informatica MDM including data models, match rules, trust frameworks, and hierarchies.
Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
Define and enforce data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling.
Act as a subject matter expert for Commercial master data.
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Market Access, and Analytics teams.
Engage senior stakeholders to align data standards, priorities, and roadmap.
Provide thought leadership on MDM best practices and operating models.

12+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementations within Life Sciences / Pharma
Strong expertise in Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / Multidomain)
Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines using Informatica or equivalent tools
Proven experience working with Commercial Pharma data domains (HCP/HCO, affiliations, sales, CRM)
