Monitor and handle customer service activities, administratively directing the execution of processes related to installation, fault repair and provisioning.

Participate in occupational health and safety programs.
Be familiar with Telefónica's Environmental Policy and implement it in daily activities to ensure the company's environmental management best practices.
Support control of quality indicators related to installations, change of address and repairs.
Implement process improvement actions related to customer satisfaction, based on TDNA scores and responses.
Make corrections to service orders for installations, repairs and disconnections (telephone line, broadband, TV).
Manage compliance with Anatel indicator deadlines.
Manage execution of escalations.
Monitor backlog.
Report on daily situations and problems.
Update operational reports.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Higher education certifications are a plus.
Be disciplined and proactive in your daily activities.
