Monitor and triage the Digital Change mailbox, redirecting requests, tracking follow-ups, and escalating urgent items, as well as access requests, ticket follow-ups, and logs of actions taken.
Provide administrative support to the Digital Change team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, or Excel files used to monitor team activity and deployment progress.
Prepare and update PowerPoint materials, internal communications, meeting notes, and process documentation.
Support regular team reporting.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines with initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to maintain, manipulate, and analyze data accurately.
Fluent in English, with adaptability to change and a reliable, service-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in administrative support or secretarial field
