About this role
Role Overview
Lead the design, development, and delivery of customer experience training programs.
Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and training solutions.
Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, scenarios, assessments, etc. for learning solutions.
Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop engaging learning content and instructional materials.
Design eLearning, instructor-led training, simulations, assessments, and other learning solutions using industry-standard authoring tools.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective, scalable training.
Collaborate with LMS administrators to deploy and maintain training content.
Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement.
Support product launches and organizational initiatives by developing customer-facing and employee training.
Mentor training professionals and promote best practices in learning design and delivery.
Requirements
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technical Training, or 5 or more years of related field experience.
3 or more years of experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and eLearning development.
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
