Diagnose, adjust and repair port equipment such as harbor mobile cranes, reach stackers, and ship cranes over the phone and via email
Provide technical support to service engineers and customers as needed
Assist service engineers, customers and spare parts department with part-related questions
Travel to customer locations to provide the highest level of technical support when required
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications
Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency

High school graduate or GED or proof of equivalent qualification
At least 1+ year direct experience with Liebherr Maritime Cranes and experience in the field as a Technician/Service Engineer
Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language
Proficiency in PC based word processing and spreadsheets
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver license and passport
Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends or on call duty
