Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair
Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
2-5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.
Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.
Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
