Analyze business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs
Determine specific business application software requirements
Work with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing
Act as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues
Facilitate design and implementation of frameworks for processing eligibility exchanges
Facilitate discussions to identify and clarify requirements

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years related business analysis experience
Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred
Ability to be a self-starter with minimal oversight
Comprehensive understanding of business rules, core platforms, and applications for EDI exchanges preferred
Develop documentation outlining business rules, process flows, and technical specifications preferred
Conduct end-to-end testing with experience in developing and performing test scenarios preferred
Beginner to Intermediate Excel skills preferred
