About this role

Independently examines appraisals and evaluations prepared by vendors or BMO appraisers for adherence to policies / procedures and standards
Assesses the credibility and/or reliability of appraisals for the Bank
Documents and reports results of reviews on an individual and summary basis
Ensures corrective actions are taken as necessary and identifies where they are required
Delivers exceptional outcomes for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts
Builds interdependent teams that collaborate across functional and operating groups
Manages resources and leads the execution of strategic initiatives
Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth expert knowledge of banking products & services
In-depth expert knowledge of industry trends and regulations
In-depth expert knowledge of credit portfolio management policies & procedures, and financing guidelines
