Serve as the end-to-end product owner for the Workday security framework, including strategy, roadmap, governance standards, and operating model
Own and maintain Workday Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, and Prism Security
Develop, review, and optimize domain permissions across Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and related areas
Establish and implement standards for creation, modification, review, and retirement of Workday security groups, including role-based, user-based, intersection, segment-based, and constrained security groups
Lead security governance, audits, access reviews, segregation-of-duties monitoring, compliance support, and security improvement initiatives while partnering with business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of Workday experience with significant focus on Workday Security
3+ years of experience leading Workday security governance and administration
Deep expertise in Workday Domain Security Policies, Business Process Security Policies, Security Groups, Workday Prism Security, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties
Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and access certification processes
Workday Pro Security certification or equivalent Workday security credentials (preferred)
Experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and other Workday modules (preferred)
Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, and enterprise security frameworks (preferred)
Experience with identity and access management (IAM) integrations (preferred)
Agile Product Owner or Product Management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and evolving backlogs (preferred)
