Role Overview
Strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership of key client accounts within the agency.
Managing, developing, and providing ongoing training for a team of direct 2-3 reports.
Providing leadership to cross channel resources with opportunities to increase campaign performance and strengthen skills to help advance their careers.
Partnering closely with clients on their marketing plans and on-site experience to improve their digital performance and profitability.
Hands-on management and optimization of ads in DSPs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, TikTok, and any other platform that fits our clients’ needs.
Ensuring testing schedules are up to date on all accounts, learnings are being applied throughout each account, and that tests focus on the areas with the highest potential returns.
Collaborating with our Client Experience team to ensure client strategy and performance are being met.
Working with the Analytics team on any tracking and reporting requirements.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience is required.
Experience managing sophisticated, demanding clients and client accounts, with a proven ability to increase client revenue and profitability.
Experience managing multi-location clients is strongly preferred.
Experience managing and training a team.
Ability to find the story within the data. Not just the “what,” but the “why.”
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to lead a team of driven professionals.
Ability to manage high-touch client relationships, clearly articulating Amsive's recommendations and using data-driven insights to influence decisions when perspectives differ.
