Conducting cross-company special investigations
Reviewing reports submitted through the whistleblower system
Performing preliminary plausibility checks on whistleblower reports
Preparing clear, concise audit reports in German and English
Developing action plans and recommendations for all group companies and tracking their implementation
Coordinating and supporting investigations by the Volkswagen AG Group Audit
Presenting findings to executive management and other management levels

Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Ideally, professional experience in Internal Audit or external audit
Analytical skills
Intercultural competence; experience in an international environment advantageous
Business-fluent German and English
Team and communication skills, assertiveness and persuasiveness
Very strong analytical skills, a structured working method and a high standard of quality
Personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive matters
Excellent MS Office skills; ideally experience working with SAP; additional qualifications (e.g. CIA or CFE) desirable
Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 30%)
Class B driver's license
