About this role
Role Overview
Manage inbound inquiries
Process and prioritize inbound leads
Prepare for each interaction by researching organizers' profiles
Conduct structured pre-qualification calls
Manage leads following a clear qualification process
Keep the CRM up to date
Ensure follow-up and perform outreach
Prepare and deliver demos tailored to each organizer's needs
Independently manage long-tail accounts
Build trust-based relationships with the organizers you support
Requirements
Some prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or a client-facing role
Comfortable conducting professional conversations by phone or video call
Structured, organized, and rigorous in your follow-up
Understand business fundamentals: conversion, pricing, margins, and growth
Familiar with the music, nightlife or cultural sectors and curious about their ecosystems
Fluent in French and comfortable using English
