Qualify inbound DACH leads: respond quickly, assess fit against our ideal customer profile, and convert good-fit leads into SQOs
Run discovery: ask questions that go past the initial request to understand the real project, the pain points, and the buying context
Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives with clean, complete notes
Keep the CRM accurate and stay on top of follow-ups and timing
Contribute to the team's monthly SQO and MRR targets

You speak German at native level (C2) and English fluently (C1)
Spanish, Italian or French are a plus
You are genuinely interested in tech and comfortable talking to technical buyers
You are organized and structured, and you care about being fast to first contact
You are curious and dig into a prospect's situation rather than taking the first request at face value
You want to build a career in Sales
You use AI tools to work smarter, whether to research prospects, sharpen your outreach, or speed up qualification
Experience with a CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, outreach platforms) is welcome but not required
