Act as the UK finance champion and first point of contact for the timesheet system, ensuring projects, time allocations and data quality are maintained.
Act as finance business partner for key accounts, supporting regular reviews with Directors and Account Directors.
Prepare and circulate servicing and resourcing reports, highlighting key trends such as over-servicing and utilisation.
Maintain resource trackers for key clients, working with client service teams to ensure reports are understood and acted upon.
Support wider resourcing analysis, including pricing learnings, project performance and ad hoc commercial queries.
Support month-end reporting across revenue, costs and profitability, ensuring postings are accurate and correctly allocated.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, investigating and resolving reconciling items.
Requirements
Actively studying towards accounting qualifications (ACCA/CIMA), or equivalent relevant experience.
Prior experience in a finance analyst, finance assistant, or accounts role.
Strong analytical and Excel skills, comfortable working with data trackers, reports and reconciliations.
Good communication skills, with confidence liaising with non-finance stakeholders.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage recurring deadlines.
A proactive, collaborative approach to working within a small finance team.
