Own end-to-end analysis, configuration, and maintenance of card issuing systems
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations
Configure card products, transaction processing rules, fees, limits, and other card services
Coordinate end-to-end solution delivery across card systems, payment platforms, and core banking systems
Investigate incidents and drive resolution of production issues
Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions
Define and manage system interfaces and data flows between platforms
Support release planning, testing activities, and change management
Optimize system configurations and improve customer experience
Contribute to solution design and architectural discussions
Support Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams

Experience working with Tieto Card Suite or within the Card Issuing domain
Strong understanding of card issuing processes, card lifecycle management, and transaction processing
Hands-on experience in system analysis, solution configuration, and functional design
Experience working with Visa and/or Mastercard is highly desirable
Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and card security concepts is an advantage
Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows between banking platforms
Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts
Understanding of AWS or cloud-based environments is considered an asset
Working knowledge of Java is a plus
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience preparing functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
