About this role
Role Overview
Manage, retain, and grow key accounts based in France and across Europe
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and recommend areas for improvement
Collaborate closely with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Requirements
Less than 5 years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Account Executive
At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry
Experience managing large B2B clients in an international context
Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills
Customer
and solution-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and improve solutions
Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian as an additional language is desirable (French is a plus)
