About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of key accounts: manage, retain and grow key accounts based in France and across Europe
Business development: identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients
Client relations: act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, coordinate with other teams, ensure overall satisfaction across your client portfolio and resolve issues promptly
Analysis and reporting: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports and recommend areas for improvement
Internal collaboration: work closely with product, support and compliance teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
Requirements
Less than 5 years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Account Executive
At least 2 years' experience in the payments industry
Experience with large B2B clients, ideally in an international context
Excellent negotiation, project management and communication skills
Customer
and solution-oriented; eager to learn and help improve the solution in collaboration with internal teams
Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian are a plus
French is not required but will be considered an asset
