About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives
Plan, run and optimise digital campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, email marketing and marketing automation
Generate qualified leads and contribute to pipeline growth
Adapt central campaigns, content and marketing assets for the Benelux market
Monitor campaign performance and improve activities based on data and insights
Act as the main marketing partner for the Benelux sales organisation
Support sales teams with campaigns, content, presentations and customer communication
Organise customer activities, webinars, events and industry exhibitions
Support effective lead follow-up and nurturing in close collaboration with Sales
Develop local customer stories, references and success cases
Drive local PR, social media and content marketing initiatives
Review and adapt local website content and landing pages to ensure local relevance
Coordinate localisation and review of marketing material when needed
Requirements
Around 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology, telematics, transport or logistics
Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation and marketing automation
Experience working closely with sales teams and supporting commercial growth initiatives
Good knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar
An analytical mindset and the ability to turn data and insights into concrete actions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
French or German language skills are beneficial, but not a requirement.
