DataBahn delivers AI-native capabilities for modern security operations and is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with deep security and data platform knowledge. This role focuses on modernizing how Databahn is presented to the market and defining an emerging category around AI-powered security data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of highly technical, product-driven content to support Databahn’s positioning as an AI-native IT and security data platform
- Develop architecture diagrams, technical white papers, reference designs, demos, product one-pagers, playbooks, and solution guides for security and data personas
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-based messaging that resonates with CISOs, Detection Engineering Teams, SOC leaders, and Platform/Data Architects
- Own the messaging framework for Databahn’s product lines (Highway, Cruz, Reef, AI Foundry, Smart Edge) and evolve it as the product matures
- Conduct deep research into: Security data architectures, SIEM/SOAR platforms, Observability, XDR, and data lake strategies, AI in security operations
- Develop a strong understanding of customer environments, pain points, and buying triggers across: Enterprise security teams, Managed security providers, Platform / data engineering teams
- Partner closely with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to build: Use case documentation, How-to guides, Technical blogs and whitepapers, Customer stories and use case maps
- Turn customer insights into clear positioning and narrative direction for campaigns, product launches, and sales motion
- Partner with Growth, Sales, Demand Gen, and Regional Marketing to build campaigns that highlight Databahn’s role in AI readiness, Cost reduction, Security modernization, and Vendor-neutral architecture
- Work with Partner Marketing to showcase Databahn integrations with ecosystem partners through co-branded content, hands-on labs, webinars, and technical enablement
- Act as the internal source of truth for Databahn messaging — ensuring consistency across website, sales decks, analyst materials, partner collateral, and roadmap announcements
- Support analyst relations (Gartner, IDC, Forrester) by supplying technical narratives, proof points, and positioning guidance
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Databahn: Represent the company in presentations, webinars, analyst briefings, and select customer conversations
- Support conference content (Black Hat, SecTor, RSA, etc.) with strong technical positioning and storytelling
- Help define and evangelize the emerging Data Pipeline / AI-Native Fabric category
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions engineering, or technical marketing
