Supporting clients and internal business teams in the ongoing management of reinsurance treaties
Combining analytical thinking, data interpretation and problem-solving with regular collaboration across the business
Reviewing reinsurance treaties, conducting data analysis, interpreting results and investigating any arising issues
Gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of activities and projects
Developing a deep understanding of products and clients, reviewing and transforming client data, managing stakeholders and supporting the implementation and management of reinsurance treaties
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel skills
SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets
An interest in data analysis and interpreting results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex information
Python programming experience would be advantageous but is not essential
An interest in developing technical skills and applying them to improve business processes
