Ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparation of financial reporting and supporting analyses.
Tax calculations, income tax reporting and liaison with external advisors.
Monitoring and validation of accounting system outputs and interfaces.
Investigation and resolution of accounting, reporting and system-related issues.
Supporting implementations of new systems, processes and reporting solutions.
Assisting in the development of accounting policies, controls and documentation.
Supporting audits and interactions with external stakeholders and outsourcing partners.
Participating in the establishment of scalable finance processes and operating models.
Contributing to projects relating to regulatory reporting, data quality and finance transformation.

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Several years of experience in accounting, financial control or external audit.
Experience from a regulated environment, financial services, banking or lending and treasury is beneficial, but not a requirement.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in practical and daily application of Swedish laws such as Swedish Companies Act, Annual Accounts Act, Bookkeeping Act, Income Tax Act.
Strong systems aptitude and interest in process improvement and automation.
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
