Ensure the reliability, compliance, and consistency of financial information produced by the Group’s shipping agencies and subsidiaries
Oversee statutory closings and consolidated reporting across the network, ensuring deadlines are met
Coordinate financial control within regional offices and ensure process consistency
Lead analytical reviews to identify performance drivers and analyze variances
Strengthen the internal control framework (periodic testing, risk mapping, compliance)
Optimize internal financing for entities
Collaborate with Treasury, Legal, and Tax departments on strategic projects
Provide expert support on complex accounting issues

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance
Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification highly valued
Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally gained initially in an audit firm and subsequently within an international group
Proven experience in a similar role within a large international organization (e.g., CAC 40 or SBF 120)
Prior experience with a Big Four audit firm is a strong advantage
