Provide dedicated support to a specific client, ensuring agile and efficient assistance with requests related to corporate benefits contracts administered by the brokerage.
Handle client inquiries by phone, email and other official channels;
Clarify technical questions about coverages, contractual clauses, waiting periods and the provider network;
Log, track and resolve received requests;
Guide HR representatives and employees on operational procedures;
Open and follow up on protocols with insurers/providers;
Support reimbursement and authorization processes;
Intervene and negotiate with insurers in more complex cases;
Monitor operational pending issues;
Track requests through a management system or spreadsheets when necessary;
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs);
Ensure records and request histories are kept up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Commercial Management, Actuarial Sciences, Insurance or related fields
Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in benefits operations, preferably at an insurance brokerage, benefits consultancy or health insurer.
