Role Overview
- Provide document review and data support to clients.
- Support Expert pay, a child support payment processing center.
- Assist Parents Paying Support, Employers and Payroll service providers.
- Help users navigate the website, reactivate accounts, and send passwords.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Internet at Home (25 MBPS)
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
