About this role
Role Overview
Support the Head of Commercial and Commercial Lead in pricing strategies
Compile and review market analysis and competitor pricing
Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development, and Finance for optimal pricing
Manage partner invoicing process
Track additional non-approved costs to protect margins
Review pricing trends to make informed decisions
Monitor impact of pricing changes on revenue and profit margins
Update and record information on internal/external databases
Alert management of escalations or concerns
Requirements
Knowledge of HHG (Household Goods) is advantageous
Business acumen to improve work performance and protect financial viability
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Experience managing negotiations with key stakeholders
Commercial awareness for developing long term business goals
Excellent interpersonal skills and a polite, friendly, and professional disposition
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to provide coaching, training, and feedback to colleagues
Attention to detail
Ability to run, analyse, interpret data and report appropriately
Ability to be flexible, decisive, and quick thinking
Strong IT skills
Advanced Excel skills
Broad industry knowledge including pricing and costings
Ability to comply with GDPR and ISO regulations
