- Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Drive continuous improvement of HR systems
- System administration and configuration
- Data management and integrations
- User support and training
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of HR technology landscape
- Support future system enhancements and growth initiatives
- Onboard new legal entities and employee populations
- Coordinate employee data migrations and validation activities
- Ensure data consistency
- Monitor integration performance and resolve issues
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience with system configuration, testing and support activities
- Experience with data migration, data validation and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience supporting global or multi-country HR environments
- Nice to Have: Experience delivering training and creating user documentation.
- Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations and APIs.
- Nice to Have: Experience with Integration Center, SAP CPI or similar integration technologies.
- Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting.
- Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Nice to Have: Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
- Nice to Have: Spanish language skills.
