About this role
Role Overview
- Provide overall support and guidance to ensure documented adherence to state and federal regulations for 49 CFR 191, 192 and 193
- Lead and participate in Federal and State inspections
- Communicate regulatory interpretations to business unit management team
- Represent TC Energy with regulatory agencies
- Establish and maintain relationships across business unit stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in DOT Regulatory Compliance
- Relevant post secondary education
- Strong knowledge of 49 CFR 191, 192 and 193 regulations
- Excellent computer skills including the use of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Strong knowledge of SAP
