About this role
Role Overview
Provide support for SAP SD and SAP MM modules, performing analysis, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and tickets;
Handle rejections related to invoice issuance (Nota Fiscal);
Maintain customer master data;
Monitor the sales flow from order creation through billing, identifying and resolving inconsistencies;
Support integrations between SAP and external systems related to the sales process;
Log, track and document support activities, ensuring compliance with established SLAs;
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure continuity and efficiency of processes;
Other routine duties within the area.
Requirements
Experience in Support handling incidents/tickets;
Experience analyzing and resolving incidents/tickets in a technology, systems or SAP environment;
Knowledge of sales, billing and invoice (Nota Fiscal) processes;
Proactive, analytical and collaborative profile;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Benefits
Employment: CLT
Term: Fixed-term (6 months with possibility of extension)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) with availability for fortnightly weekend rotations
occasional weekend work performed remotely, with compensatory time off during the week.
