Commercial leader to take charge of strategic partnerships.
The role involves team management, nationwide expansion, and engagement with investor-profile, AA-class clients.
Lead a team of partner brokers, with the possibility of expanding and redesigning the structure (scenario A).
Expand the operation to new regions of Brazil with strategic vision and the ability to adapt regionally (scenario B).
Develop commercial strategies and performance targets with a focus on consultative selling.
Work directly with financial advisors, investors, and distribution channels.
Participate in sales shifts and commercial events (including weekends).
Motivate and develop the team.
Requirements
Experience selling high-end/premium products and building relationships with conservative clientele.
Ability to operate in sophisticated environments and manage demanding clients.
Knowledge of investments and the financial markets (a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create genuine, strategic connections.
Experience working with AA-segment/affluent clients and luxury products.
Experience at companies such as Vitacon, Lavvi, MPD, House or in the financial sector (XP, BTG, brokerages) — experience in the luxury market in general.
