Lead the design, delivery and ongoing evolution of high‑impact talent management programs that strengthen performance, development, succession and employee experience
Translate business and workforce needs into modern, scalable programs that drive adoption and measurable outcomes
Partner with HRPD leaders, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to design and implement complex companywide initiatives
Drive change management, communications, and enablement to support successful implementation and sustained use
Modernize HR programs through technology solutions, automation and emerging AI to create intuitive and efficient experiences
Use data, insights and external trends to continuously assess, evolve and improve program effectiveness
Apply strong analytical capability to identify trends and insights to inform decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years progressive human resources experience including leading talent management and organizational development initiatives
5+ years of people leadership experience, with a strong ability to coach, guide and develop teams
Experience leading talent programs, preferably in a large, complex or multi-national organization
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
Strong program and project leadership skills, including change management and stakeholder influence
Demonstrated success leading large‑scale initiatives from concept to delivery, with a continuous learning mindset and strong awareness of evolving trends, technologies and innovations
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making
Experience working with HR metrics, dashboards, reporting tools and/or talent analytics to support business insights.
