Work closely with our leadership team, in creating efficiencies and ways of working that maximise creative juices
Inspire the team through respect and experience
Analyze key YouTube metrics and analytics, including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc., to identify successful content elements and areas for improvement
Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from competitors, integrating effective approaches into storyboard creation to enhance audience engagement
Participate in leadership meetings to discuss storyboard progress, provide updates, and collaborate with team members to refine ideas and address any concerns or challenges
Requirements
At least 3+ years of writing and/or leading a creative team
Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc)
Great communication and activeness
Ability to meet and understand deadlines
Knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media and pop-culture trends
Worked with major competitors in this industry previously (Mr. Beast, Prestonplayz, Craftee/LogDotZip, Bionic, xNestorio, Quiff, Donibobes, etc)
Experience in other Minecraft/YouTube industry-specific roles (Builder, Editor, Animator, Actor, etc)
