About this role
Role Overview
You will take operational ownership of our entire Google Ads account (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube).
You will independently develop campaign structures, manage bidding strategies, budget allocation and ongoing A/B tests.
You will work closely with our Head of Growth. They set the strategic direction — you implement it at the highest operational level.
You will analyze performance data and derive concrete optimization measures.
You will actively work with attribution and BI tools (e.g., getklar, adtribute or Triple Whale).
You will keep our tracking clean: GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, cross-domain tracking and conversion modeling are part of your daily routine.
You will collaborate closely with our Creative team and provide data-driven feedback on creatives, landing pages and ad messaging.
You will actively use AI tools — especially Claude — for analysis, research, reporting and process automation.
You will monitor Google updates, competitors and new features and quickly translate relevant insights into profitable actions.
Requirements
Several years of proven senior experience in hands-on Google Ads management — ideally in a D2C company with direct revenue and ROAS responsibility.
Deep understanding of Direct Response Marketing.
Strong expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, conversion modeling and cross-domain tracking.
Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam or comparable solutions.
Solid understanding of data-driven optimization and testing methodologies.
You work in a structured, independent and fast-paced manner — without micromanagement.
You use AI not as a gimmick but as a genuine productivity lever.
