Content Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• Responsibility for the entire content area at Elektrovorteil — from strategic planning through execution.
• Planning, creating, and maintaining content for the website, blog, and landing pages
• Developing an editorial calendar and consistent content structures
• Translating complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate content
• SEO & GEO keyword research and content optimization of existing and new pages
• Fundamental understanding of technical SEO
• Monitoring and adapting to developments in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Management and development of social media channels (organic)
• Developing channel-specific formats and visual language
• Community interaction and monitoring of relevant channels
• Developing content concepts and creative campaign ideas in close coordination with performance marketing

Requirements

• Experience creating content independently — both written and visual
• Solid SEO knowledge and a feel for how content performs organically
• Confident handling of social media channels and their algorithms
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; precise, audience-targeted writing style
