NINJIO is on a mission to transform cybersecurity awareness through engaging, innovative learning experiences. They are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager / Head of Content to own the content strategy, drive brand awareness, and support demand generation and sales enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
- Build and manage an editorial calendar across owned, earned, and social channels
- Identify content opportunities throughout the customer journey to increase lead generation, engagement, and customer retention
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize strategy using data and insights
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality:
- Blog articles
- Thought leadership content
- Customer stories
- EBooks
- White papers
- Case studies
- Guides
- Long-form SEO and AI-optimized (AiEO) content
- Translate complex cybersecurity topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content for both technical and business audiences
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to position NINJIO as an industry thought leader
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all content
- Develop engaging social content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and website traffic
- Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn and other social channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders to amplify product launches, company announcements, customer success stories, and thought leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and host live and on-demand webinars
- Develop webinar topics, promotional campaigns, presentation materials, and follow-up content
- Coordinate speakers, internal subject matter experts, and external partners to deliver valuable educational experiences
- Support product launches with messaging, announcements, blogs, customer communications, and marketing assets
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to communicate new features, capabilities, and customer value
- Develop messaging that clearly differentiates NINJIO within the cybersecurity awareness market
- Create sales collateral including:
- One-pagers
- Presentations
- Battle cards
- Email templates
- Customer success stories
- Competitive content
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop content that accelerates pipeline and improves win rates
- Ensure customer-facing teams have current, impactful messaging and materials
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or B2B marketing
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work
- Experience creating long-form content including eBooks, white papers, thought leadership, blogs, and case studies
- Proven success developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable business results
- Experience planning and hosting webinars and virtual events
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and AI-optimized content (AiEO)
- Experience supporting product marketing and sales enablement initiatives
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging
- Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable collaborating across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
