Develop and execute the UK brand and marketing strategy to drive penetration, trial and further distribution.
Define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns with relevant agencies and internal teams across all relevant channels including performance marketing, TikTok and retail media.
Work closely with commercial, DTC & influencer teams and other stakeholders to maximize impact of campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience across all D2C and retail channels tailored to the UK market.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods.
Strong expertise in brand building and driving integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including mass media as well as performance marketing and influencers in the UK market.
Experience in digital first environments, with hands-on experience driving D2C, retail media and performance marketing. Over 1 year experience actively working with TikTok.
Ability to inspire and rally cross-functional partners and agencies to execute at pace while staying focused on the end game. Continuous improvement using data & insights as a compass.
