Spinnaker Support is a company that provides enterprise software support and consulting services. They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to create and optimize programs that build awareness and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, events, and ABM
- Own the marketing funnel from awareness through MQL-to-SQL handoff, including quality, velocity, and volume
- Build ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts across key verticals and geographies
- Partner with sales leadership on ICP definition, account tiering, and pipeline coverage goals
- Manage campaign execution, segmentation, scoring, nurture workflows, and lifecycle programs in Pardot
- Maintain data hygiene, lead routing, campaign tracking, UTM frameworks, and attribution across Pardot and Salesforce
- Report on pipeline contribution, MQL and SQL volume, conversion rates, CAC, campaign ROI, and funnel performance
- Coordinate content, paid media, field marketing, and partner marketing programs across global and regional campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in enterprise technology, SaaS, or IT services
- Hands-on proficiency with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or an equivalent enterprise marketing automation platform
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce for campaign tracking, lead management, and pipeline reporting
- Demonstrated success building programs that generate measurable pipeline
- Experience running ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting, funnel analysis, and presenting insights to senior leaders
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Paid media experience across LinkedIn, Google Ads, or programmatic channels
